Returns and Exchanges

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The World of Chris Collins aims to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before noon often ship same day, otherwise will ship the following business day. Orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. On occasion, some delays may occur and we will do our best to notify you in advance if delays are expected. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. 

Our current shipping rates:

 UPS Ground - Free Shipping

UPS 2nd Day Air - $30

USPS Priority - PO Box

There is no overnight shipping due to restrictions on our goods. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase following the date of delivery.

NOTE: WE ONLY ISSUE REFUNDS ON  ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN UNOPENED AND UNUSED. ALL OTHER ITEMS WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT IN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT.

**WE DO NOT COVER SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNED ITEMS. THAT COST SHOULD BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.

Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Product(s) were purchased directly on WORLD OF CHRIS COLLINS website and can be tied back to purchaser and order number. 
  • Product(s) must be shipped back in their original condition (unopened and unused).

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product(s) were not as ordered or arrived in damage conditions. We recommend using a traceable courier and keeping a record of the tracking as we cannot be held responsible for product(s) lost in transit.

Items must be returned in their original condition in order to get a refund. We strongly suggest packing items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.  

We aim to handle your returns as promptly as possible. Once product(s) are received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

TRACKING

Once your order is processed, our system will send a shipping confirmation email, which will include courier service along with tracking number.

NOTE: Once your order has an updated status of DELIVERED, we are no longer responsible for that package. Lost or unfound items are not our responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to have the package delivered to a safe and secure place. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we're only serving domestic orders shipping within the United States.
