At World of Chris Collins we do our best to bring to you perfumes that are safe to wear. At the same time, it is impossible to predict allergic reactions in individuals to a specific ingredient or ingredient combination. Some people can develop an allergy to any number of ingredients in food, skincare or perfume, at any time. We do everything we can to educate our customers about the proper use of our products.
If you have allergic tendencies, please wear your perfumes with caution and test it on a small area of the skin first to make sure that the perfume is safe for regular use. If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.
Following these simple rules will ensure you are using perfumes safely and appropriately.
World of Chris Collins perfumes are flammable. Do not apply near fire, flame, heat or while smoking.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
Do not swallow or take perfume internally.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not apply to sensitive skin. Do not apply to broken or inflamed skin. If irritation develops, reduce frequency or discontinue use.
Avoid wearing on areas that are exposed to the sun. Many of the essential oils and alcohol present in most perfumes could cause a rash or burning when the skin covered with this oil is exposed to the sun.
If you develop any allergic reactions, stop using the product immediately.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The World of Chris Collins aims to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed and shipped on business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before noon often ship same day, otherwise will ship the following business day. Orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. On occasion, some delays may occur and we will do our best to notify you in advance if delays are expected.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
NOTE: Once the status of your shipment shows delivered, it is no longer our responsibility if you cannot find your package. It is your responsibility to have your package delivered to a safe and secure place.

2nd Day Shipping (UPS) - $30
There is no overnight shipping due to restrictions on our goods.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that the goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase following the date of delivery.
NOTE: Refunds are only granted on products that have NOT been opened or used.

Returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Product(s) were purchased directly on WORLD OF CHRIS COLLINS website and can be tied back to purchaser and Order Number. Product(s) must be shipped back in their original condition (unopened and unused)
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product(s) were not as ordered or arrived in damage conditions. We recommend using a traceable courier and keeping a record of the tracking as we cannot be held responsible for product(s) lost in transit.
Items must be returned in their original condition in order to get a refund. We strongly suggest packing items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
We aim to handle your returns as promptly as possible. Once product(s) are received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used in the original transaction. Please note, refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited depending on your bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our retailers, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
